I can see how that's disconcerting.

TBH, the PL2Win review of 3/5/1 and his suggested modification of the template for powerlifting are probably better than Wendler's book. I haven't read "Beyond 5/3/1" and am going off PL2Win's review and some advice from Swede.Fatmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18077817670776459628noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3775547849492453021.post-27389302043840711352015-06-08T21:02:35.120-07:002015-06-08T21:02:35.120-07:00@JH - another good info source is the powerlifting...@JH - another good info source is the powerliftingtowin.com review. or you could easily find a torrent of the pdf. If you feel wrecked, you stop there and move on to accessory work. If, on the ohter hand, you feel like you're just getting warmed up, you can do a few extra sets of 3 reps, either keeping the weight the same (i.e. 240 for as long as you can get at least 3 reps) or increasing the weight (again, making sure you get at least 3). Same thing on your "1+" days. For some reason you're not supposed to do it on the "5+" days.

I don't have the book either, this is what I got from reading reviews and consulting with the Swede, who is our resident Wendler expert.Fatmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18077817670776459628noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3775547849492453021.post-20997108348062102922015-06-07T18:52:28.613-07:002015-06-07T18:52:28.613-07:00Nice job on the 350*2.
