Deadlift:

Warmup 2 sets
265 lbs. x 5 (all double overhand)
305 lbs. x 5 (3 DOH)
345 lbs. x 11 reps

Rack pulls - worked up to 585 lbs. x 1. My hands look like raw hamburger :)

Leg curl 3 sets x 10

Weighted back raise 3 sets x 10
