Glute-ham raise 3 sets x 8

Weighted incline ab board situps x 4 sets

Leg extensions 2 sets x 10, 1 set x 8, heavy

Back extensions 2 sets x 10

Adductor machine 1 set x 20

Standing calf raise 1 set x 20 w. stack
