High bar squat 135x5, 225x5, 265 (5+) x 12 reps

Felt like I could do 3-5 more, but my lungs weren't on board, so I decided not to push it.

Mid-shin pull 430 lbs. x 8 singles

This was hard.

Glute-ham raise 3s x 8
