Smith machine bent-over row 3 sets (worked up to a heavy 5)
Pause squat to pins - worked up to 315 lbs., back felt somewhat wobbly after this so I stopped
Abductor / adductor machines 1 set x 20 each
Leg extension 1 set A.M.A.P.
