Leg press 3 plates x 20, 4 plates x 20, 5 plates x 15, x 10

Single-leg extension 2 sets AMAP

Single-leg curl 2 sets AMAP

Standing calf raise 2 sets AMAP

Adductor machine 1 set x 20

Light abs x a lot
