Got back from vacation yesterday, back to the grind today.

Paused squats 135x5 - 185x5 - 225x5 - 235x5 - 255x5, then regular squats 345 lbs. x 10

Leg press 5p x 10, 6p x 10, 7p x 10, 8p x 8

Weighted abs 5 sets

Leg extension 3 sets x 10, heavy

Abductor and adductor machine, 1 set x 20 each
