365 lbs. x 5
405 lbs. x 5
415 lbs. x 5
425 lbs. x 5
435 lbs x 5 (with belt)
Single-leg press 2 sets x 10
Single-leg curl 3 sets x 6-8
Single-leg extension 3 sets x 6-8
Deadlift 2 sets x 5, light
Ab work x a lot
