Squat Volume Day

Paused squat 325 lbs. x 4s x 5 - the reps felt off and not very solid, so I only did 4 sets.

Regular squat 435 lbs. x 5 - no belt, no wraps

Roman chair situps 3s x 12

Back raise on GHR machine, weighted 3s x 10

Leg extension 3s x 10
