Platforms were busy when I got to the gym, so I did some random stuff to warm up:
Pullups 2s x 5
Leg extension 1s x 30 secs
Leg curl 1s x 30 secs
Pulldowns x 10
KB swings (53-lb. KB) x 20
Deadlift: 135x5, 225x5, 315x4, 385x2, 425x1, 470x2
Pulled a third rep to my knees, but it wasn't going further than that. Still a "rep PR".
Back off set 420 x 2
Smith machine bent over row 1s x 10, 3s x 8
Weighted abs 3s x 8
KB swings 2s x 15 - these felt good, might do them for a while instead of my usual deadlift assistance.
