Recovery

After being laid low by an exotic stomach virus and eating canned chicken soup and toast for two days straight (#FirstWorldProblems), today I ventured into the gym to do a bit of light work.

High bar squat 135x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 335x5, 355x5

Close-grip bench press, paused 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275 x 2s x 5, then 1s x 5 unpaused

Ring pullups 3s x 5

Leg extensions 3s x 10

Tricep pushdowns 3s x 12-15

EZ bar curls 3s x 10

Sucked at everything, but didn't expect anything else. Just happy to be walking around again. I'll get back to regular programming on Monday, or maybe even tomorrow.
