Pretty good lifting, first time I hit multiple singles above 90% in a while. Did not have time to do a SlingShot wave.

Pulldowns 3s x 10, 1s x 5

Triceps supersets DB extensions + pushdowns 3 sets

Biceps supersets preacher curl machine + barbell drag curl 3 sets
