Squat 135x5, 225x3, 275x3, 315x3, 335x3, 370 (3+) x 8
Joker sets 390x3, 410x3 - belt but no knee wraps today
Mid-shin pull 380 lbs. x 8 singles
Hack squat 50 total reps
Paused shrug 50 total reps
