First gym workout back.
Squat 405 lbs. 3x3 - easy, but knee is still tweaked.
Pull 450 lbs. x 6 singles - program called for 8, but this was all I had
Standing BTN press 115x4, 135x3, 155x3, 170x3

after squatting 3x3 at 405 lbs, you just might have the right to be tired imho. still, annoying when program calls for more than whats in your tank!
Might have to split the squats and deadlifts as the weights get heavier. But the reps will go down as the weight goes up, so maybe it'll be fine.
