395 lbs. x 5

Squat lockouts - worked up to 535 lbs. x 1

Super-deep Olympic squat:

195 lbs. x 3
225 lbs. x 3
250 lbs. x 4

Leg press - worked up to 7 plates x 3

Hack squat 3 sets with light weight

Hanging leg raise 2 sets x 10
