425 lbs. x 4 reps

Deep Olympic squat:

215 lbs. x 5
245 lbs. x 3
275 lbs. x 2

Some light stiff-legged deadlifts - worked up to 235 lbs. x 5

Leg extensions 3 sets x 10

Standing band crunches 3 sets
