Incline press 245 lbs. x 4 sets x 5, 1 set x 3 - still can't get the 6 reps per set

Bench press 265 lbs. x 7

Seated low pulley row with scap shrug 4 sets x 6, heavy

Bradford press 3 sets x 5, 125 lbs.

Chinups 4 sets x 5

DB skullcrushers 1 x 12, 2 x 8 (60 lbs.)

Seated DB curl, 3 sets x 8-10

Incline bench DB curl 1 set x AMAP
