Today I used more resistance than last time and did ten-rep sets of each exercise:

Overhead downward pull
Back press
Front chest pull
Straight-arm front pulldown
Behind-the-neck pressout
Bicep curl
Front lateral raise
Back lateral raise
Archer pull
Shoulder shimmy
