Paused squat 235 lbs. x 5 x 5

Romanian DL 155 lbs. x 3 x 8 reps

Ab board situps 3 x 20 reps

Leg press with pause 4p x 10, 5p x 2 x 10 reps

Leg extension, heavy 2 x 10 reps
