Push press - warmup, then 195 lbs. x 4 sets x 2

Pullups 2 x 5

Tricep pushdowns 2 x 12

Seated bicep DB curl 3 x 8

Seated barbell half-curl 3 x 8

Reverse curl 3 x 6
