Training - Volume Upper

12 March 2013


Bench press 290 lbs. x 3 sets x 5 - felt fine

Seated pulley row 4 sets x 6-8

DB flyes - as many as possible with a light weight

Standing OH press 135 lbs. x 3 sets x 5 - third set was actually sort of hard

Pullups 3 x 5

Dips 3 x 10 (BW only)

Chinups 2 x 5

Barbell curls 4 sets x 8

DB skullcrushers (light) 2 x 12
