Deadlift:
135x10, 5 sumo
225x6, 3 sumo
315x4, 2 sumo
385x2
435x2
Last time I did heavy deadlifts I crapped out at 430x1, so improvement, I guess, although reps on deadlift don't indicate much for me.
Snatch grip DL (straps) 335x3, 355x3 - love this exercise
Speed squat 235 lbs. x 8s x 2 on the minute, pretty fast this time
Weighted back raise 3s x 10
Glute-ham raise 2s x 6
Machine ab crunch 3s x 10

430 x 3 coming up!
I think I might have gotten 3 had I stuck to 430.
But the guy I was lifting with was like "LOL two 10s and 2.5 pound plates, just put the 25s on", and because I am a self-confident, serious adult male in his early 30s who totally knows better I went with the 25s instead.
At least I don't let other people mess up my 'programming'.
