Squat 135x5, 225x3, 275x5, 315x5, 350 (5+) x 10 reps
Again left 1-2 in the tank. High rep squats are very uncomfortable.
Mid-shin pull 380 lbs. x 8 singles
Glute-ham raise 20 total reps
Leg extension 50 total reps
Leg curl 2s x 10
25 minutes cycling

High rep anything are uncomfortable.
At least with bench and curls and rows I feel the target muscles pumping up and think of Arnold. With the squat, the pump I get is nasty and mostly in the lower back / hip area and I start to think about my injury and freak out.
good job on the squats. 158 kg is, imho, not something to joke about. especially when doing 10 reps.
Thanks. I've never been that good at repping out squats, although I did get a lot better back when I first ran 5/3/1.
