CGBP is where its at. I can no longer comfortably do WGBP. My shoulders thank me every time I bench.
Yes, CGBP is the best. Who doesn't want bigger tri's?
I don't have any persistent shoulder issues from benching thanks to my T-Rex build. But yeah, WGBP is pretty much the low bar squat of the upper body. Good for moving more weight, pretty pointless otherwise.
