Deadlift:
Warmup 2 sets
300 lbs. x 5 (all double OH)
340 lbs. x 3 (first rep DOH)
380 lbs. x 8 reps (nice and strong)
Rack pulls: worked up to 545 lbs. x 1
Leg curl 3 sets x 10
Weighted back raise 3 sets x 10
Hanging leg raises 1 set x 10
Bodyweight as of this morning - 199.4 lbs. First time below 200 for some time.
