Syd Devis Course No. 3 - Week 7

Also done today, all at increased resistances:

One-arm FCP, anyhow - resistance used: two orange and one red cable (ORO)

One-arm upward push, anyhow - three greens (GGG)

Two-arms FCP, anyhow - two yellows and a red (YRY)

Two-arms back press, anyhow - GRG

Dislocation, anyhow - one orange, one red

Overhead downward pull, knuckles out - YYY

Two-arms upward front chest pull, legs apart - one red, one yellow

One-arm military press - YRY

Five reps each.
