Back squat:
Warmup 2 sets
285 lbs. x 5
330 lbs. x 5
370 lbs. x 6 reps
Partial squat lockouts - worked up to 525 lbs. x 1
Super-deep Olympic squat: 185 lbs. x 5, 210 lbs. x 5, 235 lbs. x 6
Leg press machine 3 sets
Hack squat machine (tried this for the first time) 2 sets x 8 with a pair of 45 lb. plates. This one is hard!
