Warmup x a few sets
315 lbs. x 1
350 lbs. x 1
395 lbs. x 1
420 lbs. x 1 (bit of a grind as I came up)
340 lbs. x 5 x 4 sets

Paused squat 320 lbs. x 5 (each rep paused on pins)

Glute-ham raise x 2 sets

Light hack squats x 2 sets

Calf raise, standing, 1 set
