Back squat warmup, then 315x5, 365x5, 405x3 sets x 5

Leg press 4 plates x10, 5 plates x 10, 6 plates x 10

Split squats (BW) x 5 sets

Standing calf raise x 1 set AMAP with stack

Light ab work x a lot
