Bench press 308 lbs. x 5 sets x 3 (supposed to do 305 but used heavy collars)

Close-grip BP 215 lbs. x 10

Wide-grip BP 225 lbs. x 10

Pulldowns 5 sets

DB skullcrushers 55s 3 sets x 8

DB hammer curls 45s 3 sets x 12
