Bench press 265 lbs. 1 set x 8

Seated long pulley row with scap shrug 4 x 6

Seated front military press 185x5, 155x6, 135x8

DB skullcrushers (60s) 2 sets x 12, 1 x 10

Concentration curls 4 x 6
