Incline bench press 225 lbs. x 3s x 5 - this was surprisingly hard.
Seated pulley row 1s x 10, 2s x 8
Seated BTN press 135x6, 185x5, 205x4
DB hammer curl 3s x 8
Tricep pushdown 3s x 10
Pec deck 2s x 30 seconds
Preacher machine curls, 3s x 30 seconds

irrelevant to your workout/it band, but I didn't realize the slingshot was only 50 bucks. is there a kind I should buy? Cursory examination showed a red and blue model, i have the baby on my back so I can't really look into it now. thx
I have the red model, which I think is the standard. The blue ("reactive") is supposed to be different, but not sure how different.
There's also a double-ply one, but seriously.
