No spotter on the 355 set, so I didn't push my luck. Not sure why I went for the 360x2.

Natty or Not? Let's see. I've been lifting for X amount of years and I'm dissatisfied with my progress. I have no idea how long you've been lifting for but you lift more than me. Therefore, you are not natty.

However I feel about that site, I admit that I'm addicted to it.
NattyorNot seems a little bitter to me. But I'd be lying if I said that I'm not reading everything he posts.
I really want to hate that site, but then I find something like "Is The Squat Effective For Building Muscle Mass, Or Just An Ego Booster For Hobbits?" and I'm sold.
